Considered one of the greatest live albums of all time, Donny Hathaway’s Live was recorded in 1971 during performances at The Troubadour in Hollywood and The Bitter End in Manhattan. Featuring beloved covers such as “Jealous Guy” and “What’s Going On,” alongside his own classics like “The Ghetto,” the album solidified Hathaway’s status as a soul legend. In honor of Black History Month, this release has been cut from the original analog stereo master by Matthew Lutthans at The Mastering Lab and pressed locally on 180-gram, premium-quality vinyl at Fidelity Record Pressing’s plant in Oxnard, California, as part of the Rhino Reserve line.
