On her fourth album, Unclouded, Melody’s Echo Chamber begins a life-affirming new chapter—an album that celebrates the present moment, in all its forms. While the project’s signature strain of psychedelic pop remains intact, Unclouded marks a bold evolution, driven by a refreshed lineup of collaborators.

The record’s impressive cast includes Swedish maestro Sven Wunder, who co-produced and co-wrote several tracks, adding his distinct sonic palette to the album’s richly textured soundscape. Violinist Josefin Runsteen contributes avant-garde sophistication on strings, while Dina Ögon’s Daniel Ögren (guitar) and Love Orsan (bass)—whom Melody calls “masters of the velvet groove”—lay down the album’s lush rhythmic foundation. Rounding out the ensemble are British drummer Malcolm Catto (Madlib, DJ Shadow, The Heliocentrics) and longtime collaborator Reine Fiske, whose expressive guitar work threads throughout the record.
