John Coltrane - Giant Steps Vinyl LP

Released in January or February 1960 through Atlantic Records, Giant Steps is jazz musician John Coltrane's influential debut album as a leader for the label. Regarded as one of the most influential jazz albums of all time, it was honored by the Library of Congress's National Recording Registry in 2004 and achieved gold record status in 2018. The album features dedications to Coltrane's family, with "Naima" and "Syeeda's Song Flute" named after his wife and adopted daughter, respectively, while "Mr. P.C." is for bassist Paul Chambers and "Cousin Mary" for his younger cousin, Mary Lyerly.
